Yoga classes

Yoga has many incredible benefits for the body, mind and spirit, including:

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and include some relaxation and breathing exercises, a gentle warmup, a dynamic vinyasa flow focusing on different areas of the body, a cool down and a meditation.

Private lessons are available on request for beginners, improvers, the elderly or those looking for injury rehabilitation.

Janine is particularly passionate about providing recovery sessions for Elite athletes.


Please bring a mat and water, and please wear comfortable clothing. Blocks and straps will be provided.
